CANCELLATIONS / LATE POLICIES:

A 24-hour advance notice is required and appreciated when canceling an appointment. This policy allows for another person to receive treatment since there are a limited number of sessions available each week.

For same-day cancellations, rescheduled and “no-shows,” the charge will be the full amount of the treatment and for packages the missed session will be charged. For a late start, your time will be shortened in order to accommodate the clients whose appointments follow yours.

All appointments require clients to show up 10 minutes early to complete client forms. For at-home appointments please allow 10min for set up and forms too.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Card/Cash App/ Venmo

No travel fee within 10 miles maximum from the Boston location. Additional miles the fee will be $1.00/ One dollar per mile.
